Almond blossom
in August
Stop & take a walk through the almond blossom during August, as
you discover the tranquil, unspoiled and uncrowded reaches of
the upper Murray River.
Choose either a comfortable houseboat for 2 to 12 people as
a floating good way to go, or self-contained cottage
accommodation for up to 6 people.
The owners of Above Renmark
Houseboats (Peter & Jan Freeman) are also almond growers.
Campfire Special
During May, June, July and August
Ask about our special of 7
nights for the price of 5 on all
of our houseboats. As we are on the edge of the desert, any rain
periods are usually very brief and never seem to last for more than a
few days. By going for a week you are virtually guaranteed
to experience some of our famous 'Riverland Winter Sunshine'.
